Jos H Steenbergen & R P Steenbergen has this day paid me $14 for 200 acres of land at 7 c per acre Sept 17, 1849

To the surveyor of Barren County this shall be your warrant to survey and lay off for Jos H and R P Steenbergen the quantity of two hundred acres of land due unto the said Steenbergens in consideration of the sum of $ 14 paid to the County Treasuer[as written], the payment whereof to the Treasuer [as written]has been certified this certificate recorded. Given under my hand this 17th day of September 1849.
