and weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory for which I thank God
and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous to dispose
of all such worldly estate as it has pleased God to bless me with I give and
bequeath the same in manner following that is to say - I give to my daughter
Eveline Thompson; the tract of land on which I now live containing one
hundred and fifteen acres commencing at two sugar trees (the corner between me
& David Egbert ) from thence East thirty degrees south to an ash, red and
white oak covering on the line of Mrs. Duncan , I also give to my daughter
Eveline Thompson all of my moveable property - I give to my daughter Julana ?
Moore the sixty six acres of land on which she now lives it being the land I
purchased from Ephraim & John Lillard I also give to Julana
Moore twenty dollars in gold or silver after my decease - I give to Hamilton Moore
(my grandson) the balance of the survey on which I now live commencing at the
North east corner of said survey and joining the tract of land owned by Daniel
Hockersmith. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my

aforesaid the 12th day of September 1853 this writing purporting to be the last
will and testament of Daniel Plough deceased was produced in Court and
proved by the oath of Judiah Hockersmith a subscribing witness thereto and the
attestation of Daniel Hockersmith another subscribing witness thereto was also
proved by the oath of said Judiah Hockersmith and ordered to recorded which is accordingly done.

uncertain & death is shure whilst I am in my proper mind & wishing to
dispose of my earthly goods do make this my last will and testament in the
following manner - The 1 after my death I will that all of my funeral
expenses be paid & all just dues against me - The 2 I will all of my interest
in land , money, cash notes & all other property now owned by me & my
sister Elizabeth Robertson to her to have & to hold during her natural life

County Court held for the County aforesaid the 11th day of July 1853 this
writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Rebekkah Robertson
deceased was produced in Court and proved by the oath of J C Gibbs one of
the subscribing witnesses the other subscribing witness was proved by the oath
of said J C Gibbs and thereupon ordered to be recorded which is accordingly done
. Given under my hand this 10th day of August 1853

Anderson and State of Kentucky being much afflicted in body but right in my mind
and knowing that I must leave the world and try the reality of eternity and
having wish that my temporal concerns may be of little trouble to my survinen
family as possible doth make and ordain this to be my last will and
testament and first commend my soul to God and wish my body to be desently
buried - Secondly I lend to my beloved wife Mary Robinson all my estate
both real and personal after paying my just debts durin her natural life
or remaining my widow for the purpose of raising and schooling the small
children and at her death or marriage all to be sold and the money arising from
said sail equally to be divided among all my children and lastly , I appoint my
wife Mary Robinson my executrix to this my last will and testament in witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this tenth day of May in
the year of our Lord

of William Robinson deceased was produced in open court and proved by the oaths
of William Reynolds , a subscribing witness thereto and also the death and
handwriting of Nathan Hawkins Senr another subscribing witness thereto was
proved by the oath of William Reynolds and said will ordered to be recorded -

yrs of age gives balance of property and household goods to the slave woman
Sharlotte during her life and to her heirs mentioned above after her death. –

during her natural life with the power to dispose of the personality as she may

that there remains shall be sold and divided among my children and grandchildren

to my daughter Eliza Ann Wood I give one fifth, to my two grandsons James Samuel
Street and William Edwin Street who are the children of my son Abner deceased I
give one fifth , to my four grandchildren Susan Mary Street, Hadassa Ann Street,
William Henry Street, and John Louis Street who are the children of my son Edwin
deceased I give one fifth , Fourth- I appoint D W Kavanaugh the executor of this
my last will and testament As witness my hand this December 24th
1852.
