PETTY FAMILY CEMETERY
Off the Anderson City Road, about 0.75 m from Hwy 44 at the foot of Petty Hill on a farm owned by G. Catlett.
A road by an unused hip-roofed barn leads 100 yds back to an old tobacco barn.
Behind the tobacco barn and across a wet-weather stream is the Petty Cemetery, surrounded by a rock wall.
The following is based on Mrs. Franklin’s notes from 1942.
