Barren County. 26 June 1818. ROBERT JOHNSON made oath that he enlisted March 1777 in Capt. FELIX WARLEY's Company, 3rd regiment S.C. and served 3 years. He is now a citizen of Allen County. Sworn before CHRISTOPHER TOMPKIN's Ct. Judge.

17 Aug.1818, Col. SAMUEL PARKER testifies to knowing ROBERT JOHNSON for 15 years or more. That said JOHNSON has usually procured a livelihood by teaching school and that he is a very poor man. He owns no property whatever.

Covering Jacket: Kentucky --------6995. Robert Johnson of Barren County, Pvt. in the regt. of Col. Thompson of S.C. line for 3 years. Inscribed on Ky. Roll at $8 per month to begin 26 June 1818. Certificate of pension issued 17 Feb. 1819.
