oath that he enlisted March 1777 in Capt. FELIX
WARLEY's Company, 3rd regiment S.C. and served 3
years. He is now a citizen of Allen County. Sworn
before CHRISTOPHER TOMPKIN's Ct. Judge.

Col. SAMUEL PARKER testifies to knowing ROBERT
JOHNSON for 15 years or more. That said JOHNSON
has usually procured a livelihood by teaching
school and that he is a very poor man. He owns no
property whatever.
