CAMPTON -- Sandra Gabbard, 31, of Louisville, formerly of Wolfe  County, 
a licensed practical nurse at Veterans Administration Medical Center in 
Louisville, daughter of Wanda Carroll of Pine Ridge, died Thursday at  
Jewish Hospital, Louisville. Services 2 p.m. Sunday at Shackelford 
Funeral Home.  Visitation 6 to 9 p.m. today.
