Deceased Name: WINCHESTER -- Oscar Canter  Jr. 
WINCHESTER -- Oscar Canter Jr., 35, of Pikeville, formerly of 
Winchester, son of Carrie Flickinger, died Saturday at Parkway Manor 
Nursing Home, Pikeville, after a long illness. Services 10:30 a.m. 
Wednesday at the family cemetery in Wolfe County. Visitation 5 to 
9 p.m. today  at Scobee Funeral Home.
