WINCHESTER -- Noreine Elam, 73, of 854 Vienna Road, widow of Seigle 
Elam, died Thursday at Clark County Hospital. Services 2:30 p.m. Sunday 
at Lee City Mission Church, Wolfe County. Visitation 5 to 9 p.m. today 
at  Scobee Funeral Home here.
