JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON KENNETH BREWER FROM THE XENIA (OH) DAILY GAZETTE 12/20/08 Kenneth Ray Brewer of Xenia, OH went to be with his Lord on December 18, 2008. He was born September 1, 1929, in Campton, KY. He served in the United States Army from 1951 to 1953. He worked at NCR in Dayton for 29 years, and also at C.B. Manufacturing for 28 years as a surface grinder from where he retired. He was preceded in death by his father, Carmie and mother, Etta Gibbs Brewer, a brother, Denzil Brewer of Campton, KY, and a son, Theodore Shane Kimbler of Xenia. He leaves behind his wife of 32 years, Marlene Brewer of Xenia, OH two daughters, Linda Ward of NC and Karen Todd of Oregonia, OH, one son, Jerry (Linda) Kimbler of Xenia, OH, five sisters, four grandsons, three step-grandsons, seven great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. He will be sadly missed. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. December 22, 2008, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with Rev. Ronald Coppock officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. prior to the service.
