Charles E. COX, age 63 of Middletown, Ohio passed away Wednesday, 
August 23, 2006 at his residence. He was born June 14, 1943 in Wolf County, 
Kentucky and lived in Middletown since 1955. He was employed at Harding 
Jones Paper Co. for 7 years, and as a truck driver for McGraw 
Construction for 4 years. He was a roofing contractor and owned and operated Cox 
Roofing, for 25 years. He was preceded in death by parents, Edwin Cox 
and Dulcina Shelton Cox; 2 sisters, Francina Cox and Dolly Frances Cox; 
1 brother, David Cox. He is survived by wife of 41 years, Paula Cox; 1 
daughter, Shawn Wright, husband Tony, Middletown, Ohio; 5 
grandchildren, Shelby, Kori, Camryn, Taylor and Morgan; 3 sisters, Betty 
Fletcher, husband Jim, Franklin, Ohio, Donna Manley, husband Bob, 
Middletown, Ohio, Maudie Conrad, husband Mike, Trenton, Ohio; 2 brothers, 
Corbett Cox, wife Brenda, Middletown, Ohio, Danny Dale Cox, Texas; 
step mother, Geneva Cox, Middletown, Ohio. Visitation will be Monday, August 28, 2006 from 
12 noon to 2p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., 
Middletown. Funeral services will be Monday, August 28, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at 
the funeral home with Pastor Bob Manley officiating. Interment will be 
at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio. Arrangements by
