Obituary: Clark, Ann (Booth) - Tuesday, March 20, 2007 The Middletown Journal - March 22, 2007 Submitted by: ********************************************************************** CLARK, Ann (Booth) Age 92 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, March 20th, 2007 at the Otterbein Home in Lebanon. She was born on September 6th, 1914 in Torrent, Wolfe Co., Kentucky. She lived in Middletown all of her life. She graduated from Middletown High School in 1932. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Middletown, and worked for the Raymond Bag Paper Company and the Middletown Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents: Martin S. & Lydia C. (Drake) Booth, her husband; Middletown Fire Captain Jack Clark in 1964, her daughter; Linda Sue Clark in 1965, two sisters: Mae Dean and Louise Creech, and two brothers: Robert & Shirley Booth. Ann is survived by a sister: Mazie Hansel of Middletown, brother-in-laws: Herbert Dean of Kingston, TN and Jess (Sarah) Creech of Serierville, TN, nieces: Cheryl (Larry) Finkbeiner of Colorado Springs, CO, Jessica (Steve) Trotter of Clinton, TN, Martha Hansel of Tucson, AZ, Shirley Lindsay of Middletown and several Great-grand nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a special "Thank You" to all the staff and care givers at Otterbein from our family. Arrangements: Visitation will be on Friday, March 23rd from Noon-2:00 pm at the Baker-Stevens Funeral Home with a Celebration of Life Service also there on Friday, March 23rd at 2:00 pm.
