COMBS, 86 Mrs. Pocahontas Duff Combs, 86, member of a prominent and pioneer Eastern Kentucky family, passed away on December 28, at 9:30 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Belle Combs Thompson, Lexington, Ky. Mrs. Combs was the 12th child of the late Henry Clay and Mahalia Strong Duff and was the widow of Aaron Thrasher Combs, former Wolfe county Sheriff and Judge. Surviving are two sons, Charlie C. Combs of Fayetteville, Ark., and Isaac Morton Combs, Campton, and another daughter, Mrs. Alvin Thompson of Lexington, a sister, Mrs. Asa M. Arnold, Claremore, Oklahoma and ten grandchildren. Funeral was conducted at the Campton Church of God, Friday at ten a.m. by Rev.
