LAURA BREWER PASSES JAN. 6
 
Mrs. Laura Brewer, 73, of Covington, KY, died Jan. 6th at the Speers
Hospital, Dayton, Kentucky.  She was a member of the Primitive Baptist
Church and a native of Wolfe County.
 
She is survived by six sons, Troy Brewer, Covington, KY.; James Brewer,
Dayton, KY.; William Brewer, Morning View, KY.; Tom Brewer, Miami, Fla.;
and Frank Brewer, Salem, Ind., and Holbert Brewer, Holton, Indiana.
 
Also five daughters, Mrs. Vergie Myers, Dayton, Ky.; Mrs. Ann Hopper,
Covington, Ky.; Mrs. Bernice Brock, Silver Grove, KY.; Mrs. Bill 
Hudson, Newport, Ky., and Mrs. Maxine Shell, Taylor Mill, Ky.
 
Two brothers: Edward Bryant, Reed City, Mich., and Corbet Bryant,
Rogers, KY.  Two sisters: Mrs. Sarah Hutchinson, Orlando, Fla., and 
Mrs. Ida Stevens, Tampa, Fla.
 
Also 26 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
 
Funeral services were conducted at the Rogers Primitive Baptist Church
at 10 a.m. Sunday with the Rev. Vernon Hollon and Rev. Kenneth Kadel
officiating.  Burial was in the Spencer Cemetery with Porter and Son
Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
