Obituary: Baldauf, Ronald Lee - Friday, September 22, 2006 Dayton Daily News - September 25, 2006 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************** BALDAUF, Ronald Lee 59, of Northridge, passed away Friday September 22, 2006 at his home. Ron was a deeply loved father, son, nephew and friend. He was born in Dayton on August 31, 1947 to Peter Mathew Baldauf, Sr. & Freda Alice (Gibbs) Farley. Ron was a graduate of Northridge High School and retired from General Motors with over 28 years of service. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Preceded in death by his loving mother, Freda Alice (Gibbs) Farley, of Hazel Green, KY and his brother, William Joseph Baldauf of Bremerton, WA. Survived by his father, Peter Mathew Baldauf, Sr. of Tacoma, WA; daughters, Tammy Sue (Baldauf) Galloway of Northridge, Deanna Lee (Baldauf) Berghoefer of Northridge; step son, Demian Buzuma; grandchildren, Justin Duran, Christopher Anderson, Sierra Berghoefer and Michael Galloway, all of Northridge; brother, Peter Mathew Baldauf, Jr. of Graham, WA; loving aunt, Beulah M. Glasscock of Danville, KY; step father, Alvin Farley of Northridge; sons-in-law, Allen Berghoefer and Randy Galloway, both of Northridge; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He has touched a lot of lives and will be missed by all that knew him. Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "North Dayton Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastor John Ladd, officiating. Interment Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Ron's family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the George C. Martin Funeral Home.
