WOLFE NATIVE DIES IN OHIO
 
Floyd Center, 84, of Dayton, Ohio and formerly of Wolfe County, died
Thursday, March 27.  He was a retired farmer and a member of the Church
of God.  He was a son of the late Henry and Jane Brewer Center.
 
Survivors are two sons, Elbert Center of Campton and Herbert Center of
West Carrolton, Ohio; three daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Brewer of Dayton,
Ohio, Mrs. Orpha Helton of Campton, and Mrs. Ruby Estep of Miamisburg,
Ohio; two brothers, John Henry Center of Franklin, Ohio, Solomon Center
of Fairborn, Ohio; seven sisters, Mrs. Gracie King, Mrs. Emma Byrd, Mrs.
Maggie Byrd, Mrs. Elsie Campbell, and Mrs. Ruth Brashear, all of
Campton, Mrs. Sadie Brewer of Florida, and Mrs. Nannie King of Dayton,
Ohio; six grandchildren, 30 great  grandchildren and three great great
grandchildren.
 
Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 30, at the Campton First
Church of God with Rev. Doyle Thomas officiating.  Burial was in the
Center Cemetery with Porter and Son Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.
