OCTOGENARIAN DIES IN COUNTY

Mrs. Elizabeth Cox Faulkner, 80, widow of the late James Faulkner died 
at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ethel Neff, Hazel Green, KY on 
Tuesday Jan. 26, after a 13 day illness.

Funeral services were conducted at the Hazel Green Church of God, 
Thursday morning by Rev. Roy Benton of Cannel City and burial was in the 
Faulkner Graveyard at Malaga.

She is survived by five sons; Byrd Faulkner, Helechawa; Carl Faulkner, 
Lexington; Rev. Steve Faulkner, Middletown, Ohio; Roy Faulkner, 
Woodsbend, Ky., and J.B. Faulkner of Sewell, Ky, also three daughters; Mrs. 
Lucy Salley, Malaga; Mrs. Lillie Banks, Campton and Mrs. Ethel Neff, 
Hazel Green.  She leaves 47 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren and a 
sister, Mrs. Junie Brewer and two brothers Jack and Bob Cox all of 
Ohio.

The deceased has been a member of the Church of God for the past eight 
years.
