MILLARD BREWER DIES IN WOLFE

Millard Dinsmore Brewer, was born March 10, 1872 and departed this life 
on Nov. 20, 1952 at the age of 80 years.  He was united in marriage 60 
years ago to Allie Nickel, who preceded him in death by 16 years.  To 
this union were born seven children all of whom survive.

The deceased had been ill for more than a year at the home of his 
daughter, Mrs. J.S. Roberson at Woodsbend.  He remained conscious until near 
the end and prayed often to be relieved of his great suffering.  He 
often said that he was only waiting for the Master's summons to take him 
home.

Funeral services were conducted at the Baptist church at Trent by the 
Reverends Taylor and Trent.  He was laid to rest in the Brewer cemetery 
in Wolfe county with Hearne Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Surviving are his three daughters, Mrs. Ova Patrick, Daysboro, Mrs. 
Herbert Bailey, Omer, Mrs. J.S. Roberson, Woodsbend, and four sons, Boyd 
and Buford of Trent, Carl of Hazel Green and Carma of Daysboro.  One 
sister, Sarah Brewer of Trent and two brothers, Tilden of Ohio, and W.P. 
Brewer of Trent.
