FUNERAL RITES CONDUCTED FOR MARY BYRD, 31

Mary Angeline Byrd, 31, died in the Good Samaritan Hospital Lexington, 
Sunday, December 1.  She was a member of the Campton Methodist Church.

She is survived by her father, G.C. Byrd; her mother, Mrs. Jennie Byrd; 
both of Campton; four sisters, Mrs. India Murray, Mrs. Virginia McMann 
and Mrs. Betty Johnson, all of Middletown, Ohio; and Mrs. Lois Kash, 
Lexington; five brothers, Clinton Byrd, Chester Byrd and Fred Byrd, all 
of Middletown, Ohio, Leslie Byrd, Covington: and Troy Byrd, Dayton, O.; 
and her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Culbertson, Campton.

Services were conducted at the Campton Methodist Church at 10 a.m. 
Wednesday, Dec. 4, with Rev. Sewell Woodward, Pastor officiating.  Burial 
was in the Evans Cemetery.  The body was at the B.F. Porter and  Son 
Funeral Home where it remained until Tuesday afternoon, then was taken to 
the Byrd Home.
