WOLFE COUNTY NEWS,  Jan. 31, 1951

MRS. MANERVA CHAMBERS	

Mrs. Manerva (Granny) Chambers, 82, native of Wolf County, died at 5:10 
a.m. today at the home of a nephew, Elmer Childers, of Jacksonburg, 
following a long illness.

Mrs. Chambers came to this city in 1945.

Survivors are five brothers, Harry Childers of Cleveland, Tex., J. 
Howard Childers of Talbee, Ky., John Childers of Mary, Ky., Harlan Childers 
of Cincinnati, and Walter Childers of Beattyville, Ky., and a sister, 
Mr. R.S. Moore, of Mary, Ky.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. at the Wilson 
funeral Home.  Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday from 2-5 
and 7-10 p.m.
