A wheel came off the truck he was driving, pulling him over a bank as he came down a high mountain. Besides his Father and Mother, he leaves to mourn, three sisters, Mrs. Charles Byrd, Jeffersonville, Kentucky, Mrs. Dennis Cox of Middletown, Ohio, Mrs. Harold Rose of Campton, 7 brothers, Luther and Kernie Collins of Middletown, Ohio. Marvin Collins of Franklin, Ohio, Dempsey Brashears of Letcher, Kentucky with whom he was making his home at the time of the accident, Hobert Brashears, U.S. Army Alaska, Jessie Brashears, Middletown, Ohio, and Sampson Brashears at Campton, Ky. and many other friends and relatives. Funeral Services were conducted June 9, at Penial Mission by Rev. Leonard Faulkner.
