MRS. LOUELLEN EVANS DIES IN LEXINGTON

Campton, KY., July 2 - Mrs. Louellen Evans, 79, wife of Douglas Evans 
of Campton, died at 3:30 a.m. today at the Good Samaritan hospital, 
Lexington, where she was admitted Thursday.  She suffered a cerebral 
hemmorhage at her home here a week ago.

Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Creech, formerly of 
Virginia, she is survived by her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Athey, Campton; 
two sisters, Mrs. Alice Spencer, Newport, and Mrs. Mollie Bringar, 
Winchester; a brother, Emery Creech, Knowlton; a granddaughter, Mrs. Thomas 
W. Farmer, Lexington; a grandson, Rex Bush, Louisville; two great 
grandchildren.  Herschel D. Farmer, Lexington and Bobby Evans Bush, 
Louisville.

Funeral services were held at the Campton Baptist church at 2:30 p.m. 
Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Sherril Davidson.  Burial was in the Evans 
cemetery here.
