MORT CARSON STRICKEN WITH PARALYTIC STROKE

Mort Carson was struck suddenly with a paralytic stroke while in 
Campton on Monday, April 5th. He died on the following Thursday, April 8th 
and was buried in the Carson cemetery on April 9th.  Mort was 69 years of 
age.  He is survived by eight sons, George of Hazel Green, John of Mt. 
Sterling, Corsey of the U.S. Navy, who has been stationed in Panama, 
but who came home for the funeral.  Hoover, Howard, Wendell, Leonard and 
a small boy at home.  Four daughters, Mrs. Cleta Stewart of Lacy Creek, 
June and Lula, twins, and Rebecca all at home, and other relatives.
