Wolfe County News - March 27, 1957

MRS. PEARL J. DAVIS DIED IN CALIFORNIA	

Mrs. Pearl Johnson Davis, died Thursday, March 21, in San Francisco, 
Calif., where she had made her home for many years.  She was a native of 
Wolfe County and a graduate of Hazel Green Academy.  She was a twin 
sister to the late Mrs. Myrtle Johnson Cecil and a sister of the late F.A. 
Johnson.

She is survived by one son and one grandson in California and also two 
sisters, Mrs. Callie Barker of London, Ohio, and Mrs. Lou Jones of Iowa 
and many neices and nephews and other relatives, many of them in Wolfe 
county.

Funeral services and burial were conducted in California on Monday, 
March 26th.
