Lexington Herald -- July 1, 1940

Wolfe County Man Dies at Hosptial

John Crawford, 40 of Mary, Wolfe County, dies at 3:35 o'clock yesterday 
afternoon at Good Samaritan Hospital.  He had been admitted ot the 
instiution on June 10.

He is survived by his wife, five children, his mother, one sister Hazel 
Bradley, and one brother, Courtney Crawford.

The body was taken to the John Redding funeral home.
