STEVE ELKINS, 54 BURIED SUNDAY

Steve Elkins, 54, died on Friday, January 9, in Good Samaritan Hospital 
after an illness of a few weeks there.  Funeral services were held at 
the home place on Lacy Creek Sunday, January 11, at 11 a.m. with Rev. 
Lawson in charge of services.  Burial was in the family burial plot on 
the farm.  West Liberty Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He is survived by two brothers, both of Lacy Creek, Lexie and Mort 
Elkins; one sister, Mrs. Lula E. Little also of Lacy Creek and numerous 
other relatives and a host of friends.
