Marriage Bond and Certificate of Jeff Young and Cyntha Hamblin.
These two were my great-grandparents.
Jeff Young's full name is: Thomas Jefferson Young
son of Silas Young/Nancy (Hill). Cyntha was the daughter of
Daniel Hamblin/Barbara (Monhollen)

MARRIAGE BOND FRONT

Be it known that we Jeff Young as principal and James Monhollen as suretly, are jointly and severally bound to the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

The Condition of this Bond is as follows:

That whereas, Marriage is intended to be solemnized between the above bound Jeff Young and
Cyntha Hamblin Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this Bond shall be void,
otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.

Dated at Williamsburg Whitley county, this 9th day of January 1872.
