Charles T. "Teed" Ingram, 80, of Waddy, died Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2005.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Ingram.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Ingram; daughters Pam Nation, Mount Eden, and Melissa Collins, Shelbyville; sons Terry Ingram, Shelbyville, and Todd Ingram, Mount Eden; brothers Phillip Ingram, Taylorsville, Belwood Ingram, Mount Eden, and Don Ingram, Waterford, sisters Jean Morris and Katherine Ware, both of Taylorsville, Lillian Searcy, Louisville, and Bessie Mae Carriss, Shelbyville; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 23 at Shannon Funeral Home with the Revs. Tom Conway, Roy Temple Jr. officiating.
Visitation is noon until 9 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22 at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Grove Hill cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Lung Association.

Alla Mae "Betsy" Tipton, age 76, of Eminence died Thursday, June 23, 2005 in her home.
She was the daughter of the late Paul and Lucy Jane (Tingle) Thompson. She was a member of Eminence Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters: Dottie T. Hay, Eminence and Mrs. Joe (Sharon) Barmore, Smithfield; two granddaughters: Sheri Vaughn Peyton and Samantha Barmore; one great-granddaughter: Haley Jo Peyton and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin D. Tipton; two
sisters: Mary Samples and Jessie Heaton and one brother, Joe Thompson.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 25 at 10 a.m. at Prewitt Funeral Home, Eminence.
Officiated by Rev. Thelma King, pastor of Eminence Presbyterian Church.
Interment was in Eminence Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Johnny Cockreil, Steve Peyton, Eddie Gordon, Donald Pyles, Joe Barmore and Jimmy Nall.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Everett Murphy and brothers Floyd Robinson, Jesse Robinson and Gilbert Robinson. She is survived by a son, Arnold Murphy of Lawrenceburg; daughters Barbara Redding of Birmingham, Ala. and Carolyn Kinsolving of Shelbyville; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Bennie Bush Downey; a daughter, Laurie Downey, of Franklin,
N. H.; a son, Kenneth Downey, of Cabot, Ark.; a brother, Gene Williams, La Grange; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was Jan. 2, 2006, at the Franklinton Baptist Church in Franklinton.
Cremation was chosen, and the burial service will be at a later date.

Funeral services were held on April 23, 2005, at Greenwell-Jenkins-Houghlin Funeral Home with interment at Valley Cemetery.
Ann Miller Moffett, 80, of Shelbyville, passed away April 19, 2005, at Jewish Hospital Shelbyville.
She was a graduate of Henry Clay High School, a member of Shelbyville First Baptist Church, and a homemaker. Her husband, Tom Moffett, and her parents, Roy Miller Sr. and Bessie Stout Miller, preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Tish Wilson and Pam Gray, both of Shelbyville; three granddaughters, Beth McIntire, Jenny Geraci, and Meg Wilson; one grandson, Brent Wilson; two great-grandchildren, Carter McIntire and Cole McIntire; one brother, Roy Miller Jr., of Sunset, Fla.; two sisters, Patsy Howser, of Florence and Petty Vergos, of Santee, Ca.; and one uncle, Clarence Miller, of Shelbyville.
Memorial services were held on April 22, 2005 at Shelbyville First Baptist Church. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Shelbyville First Baptist Church or charity of choice. Shannon Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Florence Van Stockum, 110, of Shelbyville, died Monday, May 2, 2005, at Crestview Health Care Center, Shelbyville.
A native of Cambridgeshire, England, she served in World War I in the Women's Royal Air Force of Great Britain as a transport driver.
She was married to Reginald George Bareham who was killed in 1916 at the Battle of the Somme.
In 1920, she married Anton William Van Stockum who served with the American Expeditionary Force in Britain.
During World War II she served as district president of U.S. War Bond drives and Red Cross in the state of Washington.
She is survived by her son, the Brigadier General R. R. Van Stockum, U.S. Marine Corps (Retired) of Shelbyville; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
There will be private services for the family at a later date.
Arrangements were handled by Shannon Funeral Service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Shelby County Library or the charity of choice.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Hardin. He is survived by three sons, David Tipton of Lexington, Jeffrey Tipton of Shelbyville and Jerry Tipton of Bagdad; two daughters, Terry Way of Bagdad and Deborah Randall of Shelbyville; three brothers, Renzy Tipton Jr. of Shelbyville, John Tipton of Graefenburg and Robert Tipton of Bagdad; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Roberts of Pleasureville; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville. Visitation is 2-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Cropper Cemetery.

John M. Tipton, 77, of Frankfort, died Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at the Veteran's Administration Medical Hospital (VA) in Louisville.
He was born in Cropper and was a member of Cropper Christian Church.
He was a farmer and retired from Ohio Valley Aluminum Company.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara B. Tipton; daughters Kathleen Hyatt of Clarksville, Ind. and Belinda T. Murphy of Shelbyville; a son, Hugh M. Tipton of Shelbyville; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral is 11 a.m. on Saturday at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home in Shelbyville with the Rev. Gary R. Yarberry officiating.
Visitation is 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Cropper Cemetery.
