First Families of Shelby County

This portion of the web site is dedicated to those first families of Shelby County.  For lack of better criteria, any family who came to this area prior to the county formation of 1792 qualifies for listing here.  What I'd like to do is provide some information on these families so that visitors can see not only when this area became populated, but who helped found the county. If you would like to submit your family information to be displayed here, please let me know!  I would be more than happy to include your family in the First Families of Shelby County.  Just send it to your coordinator.  If you have some pictures that you would like included, be sure to send them, too.  These authors are the experts on their lines, so please email them with any question you may have regarding their families.
