Jackson C. Patton wills to (2nd) wife, Mary (formerly Colson/McKenzie)...

Ist I will to my wife, Mary Patton, land in PCK on Barney's Creek on which we now live, 105 acres bounded by Hiram Adams, D.Barrons, Wm More, and John McWilliams. This adjoins another 80 acres ...(of that) I will 40 acres to Lucinda Colson and the balance to my wife Mary Patton if she should be the longest liver during her natural life Then I will...to her children Rebecca Jane McKenzie, Nancy McKenzie, Narcissa McKinzie and her other two children John M Harlan (Patton) and Mary Susan (Patton) to be equally divided between these five children. Written April 1878.
