Copy of the original will obtained from the PCK Historical Society in Somerset, Ky. - blurred & dark, but he names 3 daughters.

1st to my three daughters, Elizabeth, Rutha, and Sousannah a negro woman named Easther to be enjoyed by them forever and ___? _ acres of land out of the tract I now live on ...[can't read land descriptions]

...I wish my son Moses to remain on ... [next parts can't be read by me]

...[paraphrasing by me] ...the remainder of my estate to be equally divided among my several children. .my friends Robert Modrel and John Jasper, Executors of this my last will and testament...set my hand this 18 day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
