Will Bk 4 - pg 343 Written 23rd day of August 1854
Mary (X) Adams, names the following:

Son - Alexander Adams , to be raised and educated.
Her bro. - David Surber
Her sisters - Martha Hubble, Margaret Ann Haggard
Her brothers - Adam Surber, Joseph Surber, Fontaine (?) Surber, Martin O. Surber. "My sister-in-law, Margaret Surber and her dau., Mary Ann have all my close (sic) & that Margaret Surber give my sisters Martha Hubble and Margaret Ann Haggard one dress apiece."

Her niece, Mary Ann Surber - to have saddle.

David Surber, bro. - appointed Executor of Estate, and Guardian of her child, Alexander Adams.

+++She requests the court to leave her child w/her brother, RATHER than w/ the guardian appointed by her child's father [the father of Alexander Adams died before 1854, NOT named].
