Cyrus Milford Hargis, born 2 Nov 1857, died 20 Apr 1949 in Pulaski Co, KY. Son of Samuel Bailey Hargis and Elizabeth W. Whitaker, and brother of my great grandmother, Dicey Ellen Hargis Bray. Cyrus married Maranda Catherine Phelps, born 20 Mar 1865 and died 13 Feb 1899 in PCK, on 1 Feb 1883 in PCK. He married Harriet Frances Barnes, born 12 Apr 1875 and died 8 Aug 1921 in PCK, on 14 Feb 1900 in PCK.
