I am working on my families from the Pulaski Co area. Clayborne
Adams, son of John Adams and Rhoda Collins Adams, married Mary
Frances Dick,daughter of Thomas Davenport Dick and Patsy Spears.
I have quite a bit of info on the Dick line but have hit a snag
on John and Rhoda . John died in the Civil War of smallpox at
Baton Rouge , La. I can't get any other info on John. Please
Also working on William Pitman who was married to Kizziah Mc
Bevey Norfleet and second wife Susan Rainwater widow of T. Haney
who died in Civil War.

I don't know anything about Jane Smith's family, but Archibald
Hasty and Jane were Married on October 2, 1819 in Pulaski County,
Kentucky. I have two DeBord's that I am researching that married
(2nd wives) two of Archibald's brothers in Pulaski Co.Ky. I have
info on his brothers and who they married if you don't have the
info. I am trying to find his father Archibald Hasty, Jr's wifes

I am trying to find the family of Daniel A. DeBord b. March 27,
1830 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Married Louisa Brown on October
26, 1855 in Rockcastle County, Ky. Sometime after they went to
Peoria Co.Illinois, then moved to Holt County, Missouri (maybe
Nodaway Co,Mo., first). Danielf A. DeBord d. 10/24/1903 and
Louisa Brown DeBord d. 3/10/1892. They are buried Maitland
Missouri Cemetery. It is a small private, isolated cemetery with
no roads leading to it. There are also Iddings family members
buried there. Most importantly looking for Daniel A. DeBord's
parents and siblings to be verified by someone. I will gladly

Cunningham SMITH m. Elizabeth SURBER on 11 Jan. 1840. Both
marriages occured in Pulaski Co. KY. Minerva and William C. are
the children of William Smith b. 1785 and Delilah NEAL.

SMITH, Jane. Looking for parents of Jane SMITH born between
1799 and 1804? married HASTY, Archibald 1818 or 1819 in Pulaski
Co. Kentucky, moved to Lincoln Co. Ky in 1820 then to Indiana and
on to Illinois, McLean Co. and Tazewell Co.
both died and buried near Mackinaw, Tazewell Co. Illinois.
Children born to this marriage are Elizabeth, Eliza, Almanda,
William Henry, James, Milton, Nancy and Robert.

My great grandfather was William Marion Vaught, b.1866 d.1960 in
Pulaski County and is buried in Shady Grove Cemetery. I have been
attempting to find positive proof of his parents, My sources
point to James K. Vaught & Mary Ann Smith. Does anyone have any
information to help me confirm? His wife was Elizabeth
(Betty)Jasper b.1870 d.1960. I do not have any info for her
parents, any help would be appreciated.

I am looking for information on the NORTON family in Somerset, Ky or
London, Ky. My Great Grandfather Joseph Norton married Mahalia Hall.
Together they had 10 children named: Paris Norton (married Zella

Rufus James CARTER born 20 Oct 1843 either in Adair Cty or Pulaski
Cty, Ky married Nancy Denham SAWYER IN 1868. Rufus' mother was Hettie
or Esther CARTER who married William HALL in 1848. I am trying to find
out who Rufus' father was..possibly a Calvin D. CARTER, but I have not
been able to find any verification or information. Also, would like to

Does anyone have any info. on Malvina SPAW who was married to John
in 1855 in Casey Co., Ky. Malvina was a witness to a marriage
of George Wesley & Jane (Lancaster) on April 5, 1863 in Pulaski Co.,
Ky. Would like to know if anyone has anything about Malvina, also
possible having a picture of her. Would very much like to hear from

I would like any information on REUBIN S. DENNY and his wife REBECCA
J. DENNY. They were listed in the Pulaski County Census book (1860 &
1870). They also are listed in the Pulaski County Marriages. Reubin
Denney married Rebecca Jane WELLENS on 2/23/1853. After they were in
Pulaski County they showed up in Wayne County Census. In 1880 George
W. Pitman lived with them. Then later on other people lived with them.
Thursa and Mathew PITMAN were with them in Wayne County. Seems someone
was always with them. I'm thinking the "Pitman's" may have been

Sarah Ann LOVEALL m Alexander BOLIN Sept.27, 1879 She was born approx.
1862, she had a brother James and a sister Victoria. In the 1870 cenus
Sarah and her siblings were living with people of the name of Andrew
Hardwick. Mary Ann COFFEY (COFFEE) m Henry SELLARS ( SELLERS) 1842.
Possible brothers of Henry are Stephan and Baily. Need info on all
