In Memory Of: Earl J. Daulton Mr. Earl J. Daulton, age 83, 840 Jeru Knob Road, Burnside, died Wednesday, June 24, 1994, suddenly at Humana Hospital Lake Cumberland. He was born in the Delmer community on May 21, 1909, son of the late George and Florence Myrtle Burton Daulton. He was a retired farmer, member of Piney Grove Baptist Church #2, and Army Veteran of WW ll. Survivors include his wife, Anna Redmond, whom he married on Sept. 17, 1941, in Jamestown; three sons, Darrell Daulton, Alpine, David Daulton, Science Hill, and Steve Daulton, Olney, IL.; two daughters, Wilma Ard, Monticello, and Judy Silvers, Burnside; and nine grandchildren, Dodd Mitchel Ard, Tony, Shane and Randy Ware, Nikki Silvers, Matthew J. and Darrell Gene Daulton ll, Milinda and Lacy J. Daulton. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Dewey, Hulen and Verl C. Daulton; three sisters, Lola B. Burton, Lena RIce and Orphia Daulton; and two grandchildren, Rodney Ard and Stacy Ware. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 26, at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Strunk officiating. Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery with full military honors by the U.S. Army Honor Guard. - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------

In Memory of: Mrs. Oda E. Redmond Garner, age 97, 3133 West Highway 80, Nancy, died Friday Dec. 24, 1993, at Midtown Care Home following a short illness. She was born in Pulaski County on November 6, 1896, daughter of the late Melvia and Emily Dotson Redmond. She was a graduate of Berea College, retired schoolteacher and member of Chersterview Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Brent Eugene Garner, Nancy; three daughters, Anna Lee Garner, Lexington, Lucy Mae (and William) Johnson, Cincinnati, Ohio, Lois Dean "Peanut" (and John) Shadoan, Somerset; 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Minnie Francis Garner, whom she married in 1919 in Nancy; a son, Glendal Dormas Garner; a daughter, Sallie Elizabeth Baker; two brothers, Cestus and William Redmond; five sisters, Mary Sumpter, effie Vance, Martha Pyles, Flonnie Gossett and Bonnie Redmond. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1:00 p.m. at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home with the Reverends Garlin Wilson and Bobby Clark Officiating. He was born in Pulaski County on June 4, 1920, son of the late Milton and Leona Hill Redmond. He was a retired farmer, member of Piney Grove Baptist Church #2 and Army veteran of WW ll with military honors. Survivors include his wife, Vera Bray Redmond, whom he married on September 8, 1943; two sons, Michael B. Redmond, Bloomington, IL., Ronnie D. Redmond, Downs, Illinois; a daughter, Kathy Lane, Somerset; four brothers, Alonzo Redmond, Bloomington, IL., Denzil Redmond, West Chester, Ohio, a sister, Annie Redmond Dalton, Somerset; and six grandchildren, Lisa and Sheena Redmond, Brian Redmond, Regina Bishop, Kimberly Gross and Keisha Lane. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Hewey, Clarence, Everett and Eugene Redmond. Funeral Services will be held, Wednesday, October 12, 11:00 a.m. at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral home with Bro. Earl Davidson officiating. Burial will be in Mill Springs National Cemetery with military services conducted by American legion Post No. 38. In Memory Of: Anna Wilson Redmond: Anna Wilson Redmond, 44, of Clarksville, Tenn., died Saturday, July 5, 1980, at the Vanderbilt Hospital, Nashville, Ten., after and illness of two months. Born December 14, 1935, in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of Tilman and Chelcie Carender Wilson. She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church of Somerset. Surviviors are her mother; her husband, Arnold Eugene Redmond, Clarksville; a son, Arnold Eugene Redmond Jr., Charleston, S.C.; a daughter, Debra Louise Redmond, Clarksville; a brother, S.M. Wilson, Seattle Wash.; and a sister, Anne Simpson, Loyall. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. tomorrow at the chapel of the Somerset Undertaking Company with the Rev. Roy Allen officiating. Burial will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery.
