daughter's marriage record. 50
Will dated 1862, Book 6 pg 115.53
Will leaves property wife conditional on her not remarrying. Leaves household
goods to five youngest daughters apparently as
a dowry. Indicates that he was a money lender and authorizes his wife to carry
on this business. Seems to be obsessed with
cash. Does not leave ANY land to his children, but rather directs it all to be
sold after Mary's death and the cash divided equally
among them.404
