This is actually four pensions rolled into one. Geaorge Delph then his widow Susan Persinger. Susan Persinger Delph remarries to David Lucas which adds David Lucas pension file then when David dies Susan Persinger Delph Lucas applies for another widows pension. As these were very difficult to seperate, I tried to put them in chronological order. If something is obviously out of place please let me know.
