Vickie Jo MILLS Vickie Joe Mills, 29, of Dewitt, Ky., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007. She is survived by her husband, Bill Mills. Services were conducted at Union Methodist Baptist Church Sunday, Jan. 21, 2007. Visitation was held Friday after 6 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday until the hour of service.
