For the reasons given in the opinion in Brown v. Com. (delivered to-day), this case is reversed, with direction that a new trial be granted the accused, and that the indictment be dismissed. ***Transcriber notes ****I am not sure what happened in the Brown V. Commonweath to overturn this case. I have yet to come across the Brown Case. |
