|Appeal from Circuit Court, Bell County|
|Roark Vs. Commonwealth|
Court of Appeals of Kentucky|
Feb. 7, 1896
Blev. Roark was convicted of violating the liquor laws, and appeals. Reversed.
For the reasons given in the opinion in Brown v. Com. (delivered to-day), this case is reversed, with direction that a new trial be granted the accused, and that the indictment be dismissed.
***Transcriber notes ****I am not sure what happened in the Brown V. Commonweath to overturn this case. I have yet to come across the Brown Case.
