MRS. VIRGINIA PRICE:
Mrs. Virginia St. Clair Price, 96 year-old widow of First Lieut. Thomas Price of the Union Army during the Civil War, died Monday at her home, 1923 Greenup Street, Covington, ager a lingering illness.

Mrs. Price was born at Mt. Vernon, VA., on February 22, 1838, and came to Covington to make her home many years ago. She leave three children, W. R. Price, Mrs. Elizabeth Jacobs and Mrs. Cora Klausing.

Services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p. m. at the late residence. Interment will be in the Highland Cemetery.
