Dorothy N. Ryan, 63, of School Road, Walton, died at 11:40 am yesterday at Booth Memorial Hospital. She was a member of All Saints Church, Walton. Her husband, Joe Ryan, died in 1979. He served as property valuation administrator in Boone County.

Survivors include daughters, Nancy Trede of Savannah, GA., and Mary Jo Rechtin of Union; sons, Larry Ryan of Walton, Michael Ryan of Cincinnati and Patrick Ryan of Walton; a sister, Mary Glenn Hochenschmidt of Frankfort; brothers, John Newman of Union and Gene Newman of Florence; seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Services will be at 10 am Saturday at All Saints-Curch, Walton. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm tomorrow at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, Verona. Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph Academy, Walton, or to Villa Madonna Academy, Villa Hills.
