Might be a wise idea to post the transcription of Thomas McDaniel's will on the Fleming County site. The original is much different than the clerk's copy. Might save a lot of conversing with people who are chasing a Jinney McDaniel as daughter of Thomas. No daughter named Jinney but the Jinney came from an error by the recording clerk making the name of the eldest daughter...Patsey Linney into two daughters...Patsey and Jinney. This Thomas McDaniel was my g-g-g-grandfather and the son of Thomas McDaniel and Rebecca Stewart. 
I have hard copy of the original...thanks to Caren Prater who found it for me.

In The Name Of God. Amen.

I Thomas McDaniel of Fleming County and state of Kentucky, being very sick and weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory , do make constitute and ordain this my last will and Testament. That is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and as touching such wordly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in this life I give devise and dispose of this same in the following manner and form ??? first I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Jinney McDaniel (whom I contribute and appoint the sole executrix of this my Last Will and Testament) all my real and personal Estate to have, hold and possess the same without appointment sale or distribution of any article or part thereof (only as she may direct) for her only prossner??? (personal) use and benifit during her widowhood or natural lifetime (if she shall or does remain my widow. Secondly I devise and direct that my said Executirx (or administrators in case of her discease or inability) shall pay out of my personal estate all of my just Debts and all such other Legacies as are herein after given and Bequeathed to each of my Children (that is) first to my three oldest Daughters Patsey Linney Charlotte Fightmaster and Priscilla Fightmaster who have heretofore received a considerable part of my estate to each of them Twenty shillings only at the discretion of my said Executrix and secondly, Whereas my two sons Thomas McDaniel and William McDaniel have heretofore received each of them out of my personal estate Fifty Dollars worth of property and Hezekiah McDaniel thirth dollars worth I direct that said Hezekiah McDaniel shall have twenty dollars worth of property more paid to him at the discretion of my said Executrix and that each of my younger children (to wit) Henry McDaniel John McDaniel Harrison McDaniel Nancy McDaniel and Henderson McDaniel shall have fifty Dollars worth of my property at its real value paid to each of them out of my personal estate by my said Executirx or administrators Then thirdly, after the marriage of decease of my wife Jinney McDaniel, I direct that all my real and personal estate shall be appraised, sold, and equally and impartiallly divided among each of my children hereafter named (that is to say) Hezekiah Mcdaniel Thomas Mcdaniel William McDaniel Henry McDaniel John McDaniel Harrison McDaniel Nancy McDaniel and Henderson McDaniel. Lastly I do hereby utterly Disallow , revoke and disannul all and every other former Testament , Will Legacy and Bequest by me in any wise before named Willed and Bequeathed, Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I Thomas McDaniel have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of March 1818
