LINNEY, MARTHA
The death of Mrs. Margaret Linney Tuesday
last from flux, complicated by heart disease, was
accompanied by circumstances of unusual sadness.
Her
husband and youngest daughter were visiting in Virginia
and both were to ill to travel when apprised of her
dangerous condition.
Her son, Dr. Robert Knox, of
Richmond, Texas, was also unable to reach her bed-side
after receiving the melancholy intelligence of her
hopeless illness.
A late telegram from Mr. Linney reports
the condition of his daughter "quite hopeful."
