This graveyard is comprised of 3 graves marked with wooden crosses (no names) in a wood-fenced enclosure.
It is across from the old Marlowe school building on Hwy 512 (7 m south of the 512/151 intersection at Alton Station) and is up the hill near, but not on, the road.

The location and names were recorded by Billy Joe Hume 1 Mar 1989,
and found in the Anderson Library files and those names are repeated below.
At that time Elmer Hume (since deceased) was living in the old school building.
In January 2007 the building and lot were clearly in use for storage, but did not appear to be in use as a dwelling.

Visited and photographed January 17, 2007 by KA Jacques.
